Tatlian Hardware Pte Ltd was registered in Singapore in 1977 as a distributor and stockist for a wide range of established brands of valves and related products including actuation & control products, gaskets and sealing materials.
Over the years, we have become one of the largest stockists in Singapore. We have expanded our portfolio to include steel products such as steel pipes, steel plates and GI coils. Our workshop facilities have been upgraded with the addition of hydrotest machines, blind flanges, pre-insulated pipe forming equipment, machining and fabrication facilities.

Services & Facilities
Over the years, we have expanded not only our product portfolio but also the value-added services. We have upgraded our service center to do all valve repairs, modifications, integration and testing. We have automated hydrotesting machines. Our testing facilities can test valves up to 8000 psi.
To ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers, we offer Third-party Class Certified Hydrotest, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) or Owner Witnessed Hydrotest. They are all carried out here with testing equipment including gauges and chart recorders are all calibrated based on International Standards. At Tatlian Hardware, we pride ourselves on providing quality products, prompt and professional service and excellent after-sales service.
Assembly & Functional Test
- Able to assemble valve with electric, pneumatic or hydraulic actuator up to 2400mm.
- Ensure that all components are correctly assembled according to design specifications.
- Verify that the valve performs its intended function under simulated or actual working conditions.
- Detect any manufacturing defects, leaks, or malfunctions before the valve is deployed into service.
Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) / Commissioning
- Documentation Review – Data sheet, Material Test Cert, Inspection Test Plan.
- Visual & Dimensional Inspection – Dimensional check, surface finishing, marking.
- Functional Test- Open/close operation
- Leakage Test (Hydrostatic / Pneumatic)
- Body Test: Internal pressure applied to valve body
- Seat Test: Performed with water or air on both sides of the closed valve
Hydro Test Facilities
- Facility is equipped to install and test valve up to 2400mm.
- Pressure tests up to 5000 PSI with calibrated gauge and chart recorder.
- Hydrostatic/ Air machine to test valve from 2” to 24”.
Repair / Modification
- Project involved the inspection, repair, and modification of valves, in order to restore functionality, enhance performance, and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.
- Work executed in accordance with industry best practices and client specifications.
Site Installation / Fabrication
- Pre site survey for collection of measurements to ensure that the site work can be smoothly carried out.
- Ensure that the site work is carried out is in accordance with safe work procedure.
- Qualify personnel with WSH safety certificate/pass to carry out the site work.
